Journeyman Electrician – Residential Service

We're looking for a motivated Journeyman Electrician to join our team full-time. This position focuses primarily on residential service work, troubleshooting, renovations, panel upgrades, and small projects throughout Winnipeg and the surrounding area.

What You'll Do

- Diagnose and troubleshoot residential electrical issues efficiently
- Complete service calls with professionalism and exceptional customer service
- Perform panel upgrades, service upgrades, and electrical repairs
- Complete basement renovations, kitchen renovations, garage wiring, additions, and other residential projects
- Install lighting, receptacles, switches, EV chargers, generators, hot tubs, and other residential electrical systems
- Read and interpret basic drawings when required
- Ensure all work complies with the Manitoba Electrical Code and company standards
- Mentor apprentices and promote high-quality workmanship
- Use digital job software for work orders, notes, photos, and time tracking
- Maintain a clean, organized work vehicle and job site
- Communicate effectively with customers, office staff, and team members to ensure projects run smoothly

What We're Looking For

- Manitoba Licensed Journeyman Electrician
- Strong residential service and troubleshooting experience




- Ability to diagnose electrical problems quickly and accurately
- Experience with renovations, service upgrades, panel changes, and residential wiring
- Strong understanding of the Manitoba Electrical Code
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple service calls
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Qualified appearance and positive attitude
- Valid Class 5 driver's licence with a clean driving record
- Willing to occasionally travel or work out of town when required
