No two days are the same in this position.

We are looking for a dependable, mechanically inclined individual who thrives on variety and takes pride in solving problems. One day you may be repairing drywall, the next delivering materials, assembling displays, helping with a move, or troubleshooting an unexpected maintenance issue.

The ideal candidate is

- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
- A solid problem solver with excellent common sense
- Mechanically inclined and experienced with hand and power tools
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing manual labour
- Organized and able to prioritize changing tasks
- Adaptable and willing to jump into any situation
- Professional when interacting with customers, tenants,



vendors, and coworkers

Qualifications

Preferred qualifications include:

- Experience in general maintenance, construction, property maintenance, or a related trade
- Knowledge of basic plumbing, drywall, painting, carpentry, and minor repairs
- Valid G Driver's License with a clean driving record
- Experience operating forklifts, skid steers, or other equipment is considered an asset
- Ability to work safely and follow workplace safety procedures

Pay: $21.00-$24.00 per hour
