Who we are looking for:

- A Construction Project Manager that must be both a professional and personable leader, committed to the continued success of the organization.

Qualities, skills and background you bring:

- A minimum of 7 years of experience in the local residential construction/development industry.
- Completion of a Project Management, Construction, Building Technology Diploma or Architectural/Engineering Degree.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Project.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Work well under the pressure of tight deadlines.
- Be highly organized with an ability to focus on attention to detail.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, field drawings and plans.
- A solid understanding of all construction trades and construction techniques.
- Effectiveness in the areas of construction safety and productivity.
- Knowledge of local, provincial and federal workplace compliance regulations, ordinances and legislation.




- Results-oriented individual with the ability to interpret and effectively manage multiple and competing priorities and time lines.
- Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and related Building Codes.
- Able to effectively communicate, both verbally and in written form and with all types of staff, including laborers, technical, professional, and upper management.

Some of what you would be doing:

- Material procurement.
- Create Sub–Contractor agreements.
- Daily field management.
- Manage supervisors and other site staff.
- Maintain all logs.
- Prepare, maintain, update and report on schedules.
- Maintain safety standards.
- Attend meetings with Architects, Owners, Sub-Trades and Staff.
- Document control.
- Oversee all fiscal aspects of the project.
- Creation of deficiency and punch lists.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: $80,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
