As our Insurance Division continues to expand, we're looking for driven Insurance Advisors who are eager to develop their skills, make a meaningful impact, and build a rewarding future.

About the Role

Whether you're newly licensed or have some experience in insurance, this is an exciting opportunity to build your career within a collaborative, high-performing team.

You'll work alongside our mortgage professionals, receive qualified referrals, and help clients protect what matters most through personalized insurance solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Advise clients on life, mortgage protection, and insurance solutions
- Generate quotes and recommend coverage based on clients' needs
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through follow-ups and referrals
- Work closely with our mortgage division to maximize cross-referral opportunities
- Conduct recent business, renewal, and client retention calls
- Maintain accurate records while ensuring regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with underwriters and internal teams to deliver exceptional service
- Participate in ongoing coaching, training, and professional development




- Communicate effectively with clients, underwriters, and internal teams

What We’re Looking For:

- Active LLQP License (or currently completing licensing)
- 1–2 years of sales or customer service experience (financial services is an asset)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
