Position Summary We are seeking professional, reliable, and compassionate Registered Massage Therapists (RMTs) to join our team as Independent Contractors. In this role, you will travel to clients across Winnipeg to deliver customized massage therapy treatments. You enjoy full control over your schedule, a high level of autonomy, and competitive compensation, while we handle the marketing, booking platform, and billing.

Core Responsibilities

- Travel to client locations (homes, offices, or facilities) within your designated Winnipeg service zones.
- Conduct physical assessments to review client health histories, understand their therapeutic goals, and identify any contraindications.
- Deliver customized treatments ranging from relaxation and deep tissue to sports massage and rehabilitation.
- Maintain meticulous clinical records by completing accurate SOAP notes and treatment plans within our digital platform after each session.
- Provide post-care guidance, including self-care advice, stretching exercises, or recommendations for follow-up sessions.
- Manage skilled equipment, ensuring your portable table, linens, and lotions are clean, sanitized, and ready for every appointment.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Active Registration: Must be a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) in good standing with a recognized Manitoba association,



such as the Massage Therapy Association of Manitoba (MTAM) or the Natural Health Practitioners of Canada (NHPC).
- Valid City of Winnipeg Licence: Hold or be willing to obtain a valid City of Winnipeg Medical Masseurs License.
- Transportation: Possession of a reliable vehicle, a valid Manitoba Class 5 driver’s licence, and clean driving record.
- Background Check: Ability to provide a clear, current Criminal Record Check with a Vulnerable Sector Search.
- Equipment: Must own a high-quality, skilled portable massage table and standard supplies (sheets, oils/lotions).

- Exceptional Punctuality: Robust time-management skills to navigate Winnipeg traffic and arrive reliably on time.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to transport a portable massage table up and down stairs and perform physically demanding work.
- Strong Communication: Empathic, professional communication skills to build trust with diverse client populations in their private spaces.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable utilizing mobile apps and online booking systems for scheduling and charting.
