Finance & Sales Manager

We're opening a brand-new pre-owned dealership in Langley, backed by one of Canada's largest automotive dealer groups, and we're looking for an exceptional Finance & Sales Manager to help lead it.
This isn't another corporate dealership buried in policies, meetings, and endless approvals.

What You'll Be Doing
- Lead and coach the sales team to maximize performance.
- Manage all aspects of the Finance Office, including lender relationships and deal structuring.
- Help customers secure financing while delivering an outstanding buying experience.
- Drive profitability through strong leadership and process management.
- Work alongside ownership and senior leadership to build one of the top-performing dealerships in the region.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of automotive Finance and/or Sales Management experience.
- Proven success in both sales leadership and F&I.;
- Strong lender relationships and excellent deal structuring abilities.
- A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- High integrity, professionalism, and a passion for delivering results.
