With thirteen (13) branch locations across Ontario and Manitoba, we are proud to support contractors, builders, and retail customers with quality products and exceptional service.

We are currently seeking a motivated, results-oriented, and energetic individual for the position of Outside Sales Representative for our Winnipeg location.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure ongoing business and customer satisfaction
- Identify, prospect, and develop new customer accounts within the assigned territory
- Provide professional, timely, and effective solutions to customer inquiries and project needs
- Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, and product recommendations
- Review construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications to identify project opportunities
- Complete material take-offs and assist customers with product selection and project planning
- Provide technical support, product knowledge, and relevant literature to customers
- Collaborate with the Branch Manager and internal teams to meet customer expectations and resolve issues promptly
- Contribute to branch sales objectives and be accountable for achieving individual sales targets





Qualifications

- Previous outside sales experience required, preferably within the construction or building materials industry
- Strong knowledge of building materials and their applications; experience with drywall, insulation, roofing, or related products is an asset
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and specifications
- Experience performing material take-offs and preparing project estimates is highly desirable
- Post-secondary education in a construction-related field (e.g., Construction Management, Civil Engineering Technology, Architectural Technology) is considered a robust asset
- Trade background or hands-on experience in the construction industry is highly valued
- Positive, outgoing, and professional attitude with a strong customer focus
- Self-motivated, energetic, and results-driven with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
