Lighting Sales Specialist – Saskatchewan

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Lighting Sales Specialist to lead and grow our Saskatchewan business. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, developing new business, and helping customers find the right lighting solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Grow sales throughout Saskatchewan by working with electrical distributors, contractors, consulting engineers, municipalities, and end users.
- Develop and execute a territory business plan to achieve sales and profitability targets.
- Increase stock-and-flow sales while expanding project and specification opportunities.
- Conduct joint sales calls and training sessions with distributor partners.
- Build relationships with consulting engineers and influence product specifications.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across the province.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecasts using Salesforce CRM.
- Represent LEDVANCE at customer events, trade shows,



and industry functions.
- Stay informed on market trends, competitive activity, and emerging lighting technologies.

Qualifications

- 3+ years of experience in lighting, electrical, industrial, or technical sales.
- Strong knowledge of the Saskatchewan electrical market is preferred.
- Existing relationships with electrical distributors, contractors, engineers, or end users are considered a strong asset.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout Saskatchewan.
