Echelon Wellness is seeking a medical receptionist to join our team in the Ottawa region.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greeting and checking patients in
- Scheduling treatment appointments, preparing patients files
- Meet daily operational requirements
- Data entry
- Effectively communicate with clinical staff and patients alike
- Proficient in Microsoft office; word, excel specifically
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Working with Electronic Medical Records (EMR)

Proficiencies in both French and English is an asset in meeting patient services.
