Overview
We are seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to join our service team. This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of vehicles to ensure optimal performance and safety. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background, experience with automotive repair, and proficiency with various tools and schematics. Prior dealership experience and welding skills are considered a plus. Duties

- Perform comprehensive vehicle diagnostics using industry-standard tools and schematics
- Conduct repairs and maintenance on various vehicle systems including engine, transmission, brakes, and electrical components
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment to complete repairs efficiently and safely
- Follow manufacturer specifications and repair manuals for assembly and disassembly procedures
- Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and recommend appropriate solutions
- Assist with vehicle troubleshooting, part replacement, and system upgrades
- Maintain detailed service records for each vehicle serviced




- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and environmental regulations
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs and maintenance needs clearly

Experience

- Proven experience as an Automotive Technician or Mechanic
- Robust mechanical knowledge of automotive systems and components
- CVSE Inspection facility
- Experience with welding, schematics reading, and assembly processes is highly desirable
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely during repair procedures
- Previous experience in automotive repair or maintenance roles is required
- Customer service skills to effectively communicate with clients about vehicle issues and repairsThis position is integral to maintaining the quality standards of our service department. Pay: $30.00-$50.00 per hour
