We are currently seeking passionate Call Center Specialists to join our growing team in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. As a dedicated member of our team, you will provide friendly, expert support that exceeds expectations – from appointment scheduling to personalized call routing – all within a supportive culture focused on making a real impact.

The ideal candidate is a dependable professional with an upbeat tone and a meticulous eye for detail. We are looking for individuals who can speak clearly, type accurately, and maintain a positive attitude. While familiarity with medical terminology is a plus, it is not required – we are happy to train the right person!

The Role & Responsibilities: As the first point of contact for our valued clients, you will manage inbound calls with professionalism and care. Your primary responsibilities include:

- Greeting callers and providing exceptional phone service




- Recording accurate messages and routing calls to the appropriate parties
- Utilizing strong data entry skills to ensure precise information management

Compensation & Hybrid Flexibility: We offer an hourly rate of $18.50 and a unique schedule designed for true work-life balance. After a successful 30-day in-office training period, you will transition to a hybrid mode (2 days in-office, 2 days at home). Your schedule will be a 4-work day week with set hours and includes one weekend day. We provide all necessary tech; you just need a fast, wired internet connection.
