Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing ingredients, cooking menu items, and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and safety. Prior restaurant or kitchen experience is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated individuals passionate about food service and culinary arts.

Responsibilities

- Prepare ingredients and assist in meal preparation according to recipes and standards
- Cook menu items efficiently while maintaining quality and presentation
- Follow food safety guidelines and proper handling procedures to ensure hygiene
- Assist with food plating and garnishing for service
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Support the team during busy hours by ensuring timely food delivery
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations in the kitchen environment




- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations

Skills

- Experience in food preparation, cooking, and food handling within a restaurant or food service setting
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper sanitation practices
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
