We are seeking a energetic and results-driven Sales Advisor or an entry level individual with zero sales experience to join our team. As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of the business. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outside/remote sales activities to generate leads and close sales deals.
- Utilize technical sales knowledge to effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Fluent in English to cater to a diverse customer base.
- Collaborate with the business development team to create strategies for expanding market reach.
- Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sales process.
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales activities and maintain customer records.
Skills:
- Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
