POSITION :

We are seeking an Import specialist to join our team at our Vancouver branch in Richmond, BC.

RESPONSIBILITY:

- Prepares and processes import documents.

- Administers appropriate movement of goods and ensures clearance and timely delivery.

- Communicates via phone and e-mail with clients, agents, and partners, providing shipment status, solutions, or alternatives and achieve profitable deals with mutual satisfaction.

QUALIFICATION:

- 1+ years experience in the freight forwarding industry (Preferred)

- Exceptional customer service skills

- Ability to work in fast pace environment

- Post-secondary degree or diploma

- Must be fluent in English and Korean

- Proficient with MS Office





- Must be eligible to work in Canada

Salary: Negotiable based on experience.
