Overview
We are seeking a patient and friendly Early Childhood Educator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be certified as a Level Three ECE and possess a genuine love for working with young children. This role involves creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that fosters the social, emotional, and cognitive development of children. The Early Childhood Educator will be responsible for implementing educational programs that cater to the needs of each child while promoting inclusivity and respect for diversity.

Responsibilities

- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that engage children in learning activities.
- Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment for all students, including those with disabilities.
- Foster positive relationships with children, encouraging their curiosity and love for learning.
- Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians on their development.
- Maintain organized classroom materials and resources to facilitate effective learning experiences.




- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance educational programs and share best practices in early childhood education.
- Communicate effectively in English with children, parents, and staff to ensure clear understanding of educational goals.
- Utilize technology to document student progress and communicate with families as needed.

Requirements

- Level Three ECE.
- Experience working with children in a classroom or childcare setting.
- Strong organizational skills to manage classroom activities effectively.
- Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education.
- Familiarity with computerized educational tools for documentation is a plus.
- A commitment to fostering an inclusive workplace that respects diversity among learners.
