About the role:

This position functions according to our Company’s core values by providing friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient service to our customers to build effective customer relationships while applying proven sales techniques and a high level of product knowledge to maximize sales.

As a Customer Advisor, you’ll be responsible for:

- Guide Parts and Service customers in outfitting and maintaining their RVs to ensure an optimal camping experience for the duration of their ownership of the unit.
- Recommend and sell unit repairs and upgrades, as well as required maintenance
- Work with the RV Outfitter team members on specialized parts and/or service requests
- Finalize parts and accessories transactions by accurately closing each sale
- Perform Active Customer Pick-Ups, walking through all customer pick-up units to ensure satisfaction with completed work




- Accept service unit drop-offs by checking units in and conducting unit inspections
- Continually learn and apply sales skills, techniques, and best practices
- Develop and maintain a high level of product, market, and industry knowledge
- Continually self-educate on the benefits of RV maintenance, upgrade options, and parts and accessories, actively seeking out ways to increase selling ability

Requirements:

- Successful completion of high school

- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team

- Strong desire to help people

- Prior experience in customer service or sales experience an asset

- Intermediate computer skills

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
