When property damage strikes from water, fire, mold, or storm, our team steps in to bring order to chaos and rebuild what matters most. We are looking for a sharp, proactive Project Management Assistant to join our team.

In this role, you will be the operational backbone for our Project Managers, helping orchestrate job sites, coordinate subcontractors, keep clients informed, and ensure restoration projects stay on schedule and on budget. What You'll Do

- Project Coordination: Assist Project Managers with daily scheduling, job setup, tracking project milestones, and dispatching crews or subcontractors.
- Client & Adjuster Communication: Serve as a transparent, empathetic point of contact for homeowners, commercial property managers, and insurance adjusters,



providing timely updates on project status.
- Documentation & Compliance: Create, update, and organize job files in our restoration management software. Ensure photos, moisture logs, work orders, and change orders are accurately logged.
- Subcontractor & Vendor Management: Help procure materials, track deliveries, gather bids, and ensure trade partners complete scopes on schedule.
- Financial Support: Assist with work order preparation, tracking receipts/invoices, and preparing job cost reports for billing and final closing.
- Permitting & Utility Drops: Coordinate permit applications with local municipalities and schedule utility connections/disconnects when necessary.
