About Us

A growing café specializing in traditional Cantonese and Chinese desserts, handcrafted beverages, and modern Asian desserts. We are looking for a motivated and hands-on Store Manager to lead our team and help deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Compensation

- Starting wage: $18.25/hour (during the 3-month probation period)
- $20.00/hour upon successful completion of the probation period and satisfactory performance

Qualifications

- Restaurant, café, or food service management experience preferred
- Robust leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Able to communicate confidently in English
- Ability to communicate in Mandarin and/or Cantonese is an asset
- Experience or interest in Cantonese or Chinese desserts is an asset
- Responsible, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Responsibilities

- Oversee daily store operations, including opening, closing, shift leadership, and floor management
- Ensure food quality, customer service, cleanliness, and operational standards are consistently maintained
- Enforce company SOPs,



food safety, sanitation, and workplace standards
- Schedule and supervise staff to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Train, coach, and evaluate team members
- Monitor employee performance, attendance, and workplace professionalism
- Manage inventory, ordering, and product waste
- Handle customer concerns professionally and resolve operational issues promptly
- Support the team by assisting in all positions during busy periods
- Execute company promotions and operational initiatives
- Report store performance to management and recommend improvements
