Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Construction Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Your expertise will drive project coordination across multiple stakeholders, manage construction site activities, and uphold safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of construction management practices, project scheduling, and technical software tools essential for successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

- Lead the development and management of detailed project schedules utilizing
- Oversee daily construction site activities, coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain workflow efficiency.
- Review blueprints, schematics, and contracts to ensure project specifications are accurately interpreted and executed.
- Manage project budgets through construction estimating tools.
- Monitor progress against project milestones, identify potential delays or issues early, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout all phases of construction.
- Facilitate clear communication among clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and team members to promote seamless project coordination.
- Utilize construction site experience to anticipate challenges and proactively address site-specific concerns.
- Maintain meticulous documentation of project activities, change orders, and contractual obligations.




- Support contract negotiations and enforce contractual terms to mitigate risks.

Requirements

- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager with a strong background in heavy civil or commercial construction projects.
- Demonstrated ability in construction estimating and project scheduling techniques.
- Extensive knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction site operations.
- Familiarity with contracts management and legal aspects of construction projects.
- Solid organizational skills with excellent time management capabilities.
- Effective communication skills for coordinating diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Valid experience in construction site supervision combined with a solid understanding of construction management principles.
