Alpha Security Services is currently hiring Licensed Uniformed Security Guards for multiple assignments across London and the surrounding area. We are seeking professional, dependable, and customer-focused individuals who are committed to protecting people, property, and assets while delivering exceptional customer service.

Available assignments include:

- Mobile Patrol Security Guard
- Loss Prevention Officer
- Event Security Guard
- Access Control Security Guard
- Traffic Control Officer

Shifts are available on days, afternoons, nights, weekends, and holidays based on operational requirements.

Duties & Responsibilities

- Patrol assigned sites on foot or by vehicle to deter criminal activity and ensure the safety of people and property.
- Control access by verifying identification and monitoring entry and exit points.
- Respond promptly and professionally to alarms, emergencies, accidents, and security incidents.
- Complete accurate daily activity logs, patrol reports, and incident reports.
- Enforce client policies and procedures while maintaining a professional security presence.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients, employees, visitors, and the public.
- Assist with crowd management, traffic control, and emergency evacuations when required.
- Report hazards, suspicious activity, and security concerns to supervisors and clients.
- Perform duties in accordance with company policies, client instructions, and applicable legislation.

RequirementsRequired Qualifications

- Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence.




- Minimum 18 years of age.
- Legally authorized to work in Canada.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Professional appearance and strong customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, nights, weekends, and statutory holidays.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience in security, mobile patrol, loss prevention, event security, concierge security, or customer service.
- Valid First Aid & CPR Certification.
- Valid Ontario Class G Driver's Licence with a clean driving record.
- Reliable transportation.
- Strong employment references from previous supervisors or employers.
- Excellent attendance record with demonstrated reliability and professionalism.
- Experience preparing incident reports and using security reporting systems.

Pay: $18.90-$20.90 per hour
