We are seeking experienced Project Managers to support a large-scale Contact Centre as a Service (CCaaS) transformation program within one of Canada's leading financial institutions.

This multi-year enterprise initiative will modernize the bank's contact centre ecosystem by migrating from a legacy on-premises environment to a cloud-based CCaaS platform while integrating enterprise applications, security technologies, and cloud services.

The successful candidate will lead the planning, execution, governance, and delivery of one or more technology workstreams throughout the project lifecycle. Working within a complex enterprise workplace, the Project Manager will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, dependencies, and stakeholder communications while ensuring successful delivery of strategic technology initiatives.

This role requires a strong technology project management background, excellent stakeholder management skills, and experience delivering complex infrastructure, cloud, application, or digital transformation programs within large enterprise organizations.

Key Responsibilities Project Delivery & Governance

- Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of technology initiatives throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, milestones, budgets, resource plans, RAID logs, and executive reporting.
- Manage project governance, status reporting, Steering Committee updates, and executive communications.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and quality expectations.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management





- Collaborate with business stakeholders, Enterprise Architecture, Infrastructure, Security, Application Development, Operations, and external vendors.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage inter-project dependencies.
- Facilitate project meetings, workshops, governance forums, and executive presentations.
- Build strong relationships across technology and business organizations.

Technology Delivery

- Coordinate delivery activities supporting cloud, infrastructure, networking, security, API integration, application modernization, and enterprise platform initiatives.
- Support planning and coordination across development, testing, deployment, implementation, and transition-to-support activities.
- Manage implementation readiness, release planning, cutover activities, and production deployments.

Risk, Issue & Financial Management

- Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies.
- Track project financials, forecasts, budgets, vendor deliverables, and resource utilization.
- Escalate critical issues and recommend mitigation strategies to project leadership.

Quality & Continuous Improvement

- Ensure project deliverables comply with enterprise governance, architecture, security,



and delivery standards.
- Promote project management best practices and continuous improvement across delivery teams.
- Support lessons learned, project closeout, and knowledge transfer activities.

Required Qualifications

- 8+ years of Project Management experience delivering complex technology initiatives.
- Proven experience managing enterprise infrastructure, cloud, application, or digital transformation projects.
- Experience managing large cross-functional technology teams and third-party vendors.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, governance, and SDLC.
- Experience managing project schedules, budgets, RAID logs, dependencies, and executive reporting.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage technical teams and senior leadership.
- Experience using project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, or similar.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience delivering Contact Centre, CCaaS, telephony, or customer experience technology initiatives.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Hybrid, or Waterfall delivery methodologies.
- Experience working within financial services or other highly regulated industries.

Pay: $75.00-$100.00 per hour
