Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator to oversee and optimize our supply chain operations. This role involves coordinating warehouse distribution, transportation management, and order fulfillment processes to ensure seamless logistics flow. The ideal candidate will have experience with warehouse management systems, ERP platforms, and supply chain procedures, contributing to process improvement and productive materials management across our organization.

Duties

- Coordinate and monitor inbound and outbound shipments.
- Schedule and arrange transportation with carriers and freight companies.
- Track shipments and provide status updates to customers and management.
- Prepare and maintain shipping, receiving, and customs documentation.
- Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and company policies.
- Communicate with suppliers, customers, warehouses, and drivers to resolve delivery issues.
- Negotiate freight rates and transportation services with carriers.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, freight costs,



and logistics activities.
- Assist with route planning and optimizing transportation efficiency.
- Coordinate warehouse activities related to receiving, storage, and distribution.
- Process orders and ensure timely fulfillment.
- Generate logistics reports and analyze transportation performance metrics.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs and improve service levels.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in supply chain management, or logistics coordination.
- Knowledge of transportation management systems (TMS), freight coordination, 3PL operations
- Experience with procurement, sourcing, demand planning, materials management, and order fulfillment processes.
- Strong communication skills for coordinating with suppliers, carriers, internal teams, and stakeholders.

Pay: $19.00-$23.00 per hour
