About the Role

Forster Harvard Development Corp. is seeking an experienced Development Manager to lead residential, commercial, mixed‑use, and land development projects. Reporting to the VP, Development & Construction, this role manages the full development lifecycle—from site evaluation and due diligence through municipal approvals, design coordination, construction support, and project closeout.

What You’ll Do

- Lead project planning, proformas, budgeting, and financial analysis
- Coordinate multi‑disciplinary consultant teams and technical studies
- Navigate Saskatchewan’s planning and municipal approval processes
- Manage stakeholder engagement, risk mitigation, and investor/leadership reporting
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with quality and sustainability standards

What You Bring

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in real estate/land development, project management, construction, or related fields
- Bachelor’s degree in Business,



Commerce, Urban Planning, Real Estate, or related discipline (preferred)
- Professional designations such as PMP, MCIP, RPP are strong assets
- Strong analytical and financial skills; excellent communication and relationship‑building
- Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt within an entrepreneurial, fast‑changing environment

Pay: $110,000.00-$130,000.00 per year
