Flat Roof Laborers & Torch-On Roofers (Immediate Start)

North Titan Roofing is a growing roofing company serving Toronto and the surrounding areas. Due to increased commercial and industrial work, we are hiring experienced Flat Roof Laborers and Torch-On Roofers to join our team immediately.

Position

- Flat Roof Labourer
- Torch-On Roofer
- Full-Time
- Immediate Start

Responsibilities

- Install torch-on modified bitumen roofing systems and hot ashpalt.
- Assist with commercial and industrial flat roofing projects.
- Load and unload materials and equipment.
- Remove existing roofing materials.
- Install insulation, cover board, vapour barrier, and roofing membranes.
- Operate roofing tools and equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean and safe worksite.
- Follow company safety procedures and manufacturer specifications.
- Work efficiently as part of a team.

Requirements

- Experience in commercial flat roofing preferred.
- Torch-on roofing experience is a strong asset.




- Valid Working at Heights certification (or willing to obtain).
- Reliable transportation to job sites.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions.
- Positive attitude and robust work ethic.
- Ability to work overtime when required.

Pay

$25.00–$40.00 per hour
