As an Automotive Technical Instructor , you’ll play a key role in developing the next generation of skilled technicians. What You’ll Do
- Deliver engaging, hands-on technical training based on OEM service curriculum
- Manage and execute a rolling training schedule using tools such as Cornerstone LMS
- Facilitate interactive learning in classroom and virtual environments (Teams, Zoom, LMS)
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine and improve training content
Ensure training environments, vehicles, and equipment are properly maintained
What Makes You a Outstanding Fit
- College diploma or equivalent experience
- Provincial or Interprovincial Technician’s License
- 5+ years of hands-on automotive technical experience (OEM environment preferred)
- Strong facilitation and communication skills
- Comfortable delivering training in both in-person and virtual settings
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and training platforms
