Responsibilities

- Perform thorough cleaning of common areas including hallways, lobbies, stairwells, Amentiy spaces
- Maintain cleanliness of individual apartment units during move-in or move-out inspections, ensuring they meet quality standards.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and maintained properly for optimal performance.
- Organize cleaning routines using effective time management to complete tasks promptly without disrupting residents.




- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards discovered during cleaning to the appropriate personnel promptly.

Skills

- Proficiency in English; ability to communicate clearly with residents and team members.
- Knowledge of residential cleaning techniques and best practices for maintaining hygiene standards.
- Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks efficiently across multiple locations.
- Excellent time management skills to ensure all cleaning duties are completed within scheduled periods.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Customer service skills combined with friendly communication to foster positive relationships with residents.
- Basic understanding of safety procedures related to cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules or additional responsibilities as needed in a hospitality-oriented environment.

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
