As a Sleep Specialist, you’ll play a key role in supporting clients with sleep therapy solutions, including CPAP-related products and accessories. You’ll also assist with front-of-store retail operations when not engaged in consultations, making this a truly hybrid role.

Your day-to-day will include mask fittings, managing appointments, charting notes, and providing hands-on orientation and training for clients. When the consultation area is quiet, you’ll step in to support retail sales and customer service at the front of the store.

What You’ll Do

As a Sleep Specialist, you’ll build meaningful connections with clients and healthcare professionals while promoting wellness, education, and trusted solutions. Your role will be dynamic, customer-focused, and impactful.

Here’s how you’ll make an impact:

· Client Engagement: Provide personalized consultations and support for sleep therapy solutions.

· CPAP Training: Learn and deliver CPAP education, fittings, and compliance support.

· Retail Support: Assist with front-of-store sales and customer service when needed.

· Sales & Service: Help clients select products, rentals, and purchases, ensuring a smooth experience.





· Education & Training: Deliver product orientations and demonstrations to clients and caregivers.

· Product Expertise: Stay up to date with sleep health products and CPAP technology through workshops and training.

· Reporting & Accountability: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and equipment use.

· Health & Safety: Follow all relevant health, safety, and regulatory guidelines.

· Team Contribution: Embrace a collaborative, inclusive workplace by supporting other team members and participating in broader company initiatives.

What You Bring

· Previous sales or customer service experience.

· Interest or experience in healthcare or sleep therapy.

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to guide clients on product selection and usage.

· Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

· Commitment to providing Legendary Customer Service and going above and beyond for clients.

Pay: $20.00 per hour
