Position Summary

At YLK & BATTER, we believe brunch is more than a meal, it’s an experience built through warm hospitality, attention to detail, and beautifully executed plates. We’re looking for servers who move with confidence, communicate with care, and understand that elevated service lives in the small moments.

What You’ll Do

· Deliver polished, attentive, and genuinely welcoming guest experiences

· Guide guests through menu features, brunch cocktails, coffee offerings, and daily specials

· Maintain strong knowledge of plating details, ingredients, and presentation standards





· Work closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless timing and consistency

· Anticipate guest needs while keeping service relaxed, social, and approachable

· Maintain clean, organized sections and uphold presentation standards throughout service

· Process guest payments accurately and responsibly, including cash handling, POS transactions, and balancing receipts at the end of shifts.

· Monitor guest alcohol consumption and ensure compliance with all liquor laws, age verification requirements, and responsible alcohol service practices.

What We’re Looking For

· Previous serving experience in a high-volume or hospitality-focused environment

· Strong communication and multitasking skills

· An eye for detail and appreciation for elevated presentation

· Calm under pressure with a team-first mindset

· Weekend availability is essential

· Valid Smart Serve certification

Working Conditions

- Ability to stand for long period of time
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
