Alumo is seeking to fill a part-time Member Services Agent position at its University of Victoria on-campus office. You will be responsible for answering students' questions related to their insurance plans by telephone, e-mail and in person. We are looking for candidates who are focused on customer service. Having an ability to communicate easily is the key to success for this position. Successful candidates should be willing to help and find solutions. Training will be offered to all successful candidates.

Start Date: August 2026

Requirements

- A minimum of 2 year experience working in customer service
- Experience in Word and other Office suite software
- Ability to adapt quickly and be comfortable with change
- Ability to manage various situations in a positive and qualified manner




- Flexible work schedule

Tasks

- Process requests from our members in a positive and enthusiastic manner
- Take responsibility for solving problems and monitoring
- Document customer issues and solutions implemented

Terms & Conditions

- Convenience of an office located at the University of Victoria
- 2 to 3 days a week (Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm)
