We are a thriving, high-end home-based boutique spa looking to expand our team! As we welcome our first employee, we are seeking a passionate, detail-oriented Licensed Aesthetician who prides themselves on clinical excellence and exceptional client care.

Key Responsibilities

- Advanced Skin Treatments: Provide high-quality facials and skincare consultations.
- Dermaplaning: Perform safe, effective manual exfoliation (dermaplaning) with precision.
- Client Education: Recommend personalized home-care routines and products to enhance treatment results.
- Sanitization & Safety: Maintain a pristine workspace. Perform rigorous sterilization of tools and equipment according to state board regulations and local health standards.
- Professionalism: Manage client intake, maintain detailed treatment records, and represent the spa with a warm, professional demeanor.





Requirements & Qualifications

- Aesthetician License: (Must be active and in good standing).
- Dermaplaning Certification: Proven experience and proficiency in dermaplaning are required.
- Sanitation Expert: A "safety-first" mindset regarding hygiene and cross-contamination.
- Reliability: Must be available to work Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work independently and provide a luxury experience in a private, home-based studio setting.
