Ethereal Lounge is a vibrant dining and entertainment destination known for exceptional hospitality, premium food and beverages, live events, and memorable guest experiences. We are looking for energetic, qualified, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Server/Bartenders.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare and serve and non-alcoholic beverages, coffee & more according to company standards.
- Recommend menu items, specials, and beverages to enhance the guest experience.
- Process payments using the POS system and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, bar area, and service stations.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including stocking, cleaning,
and inventory replenishment.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house team members to ensure smooth service.
- Create a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat business and positive guest experiences.
Qualifications
- Previous serving, bartending, or hospitality experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced workplace.
- Positive attitude, professional appearance, and strong work ethic.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.
