CUTTINGS EDGE ENERGY is a fluid recovery and cuttings management company providing equipment and services to drilling rigs in Western Canada. We are currently hiring a Full Time, Field Service Supervisor.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 5 years industry experience
- Must live within 50km of Leduc, AB
- Preference will be given to candidates with rig and excavator experience
- General mechanical ability
- Valid driver's license & insurance, valid 1st Aid, and H2S tickets
- Fluent in English (speaking, reading and writing)
- Must be able to pass company required medical testing (physical and drug testing)
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience with SiteDocs is an asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Proven experience as supervisor or relevant role





Job Description

- Consistently travel to rig sites and perform inspections of equipment and delivery of supplies
- Perform minor repairs and services on equipment
- Set goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with company’s plans and vision and communicate them to subordinates
- Organize field staff workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks
- Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching
- Receive complaints and resolve problems
- Pass on information from field superintendent to employees and vice versa
- Prepare and submit performance reports
- Hire and train recent employees
- Ensure adherence to legal and company policies and procedures and undertake disciplinary actions if the need arises
