COAST is looking for an experienced Manager to join our management team at our North Vancouver location! We are looking for a service-focused, emotionally intelligent and fun Clinic Manager to take ownership of our busiest clinics' continued success.

The Clinic Manager leads the front-line team, playing a key role in creating an exceptional clinic experience by balancing administrative responsibilities with hands-on clinic support throughout the day. This role is the perfect blend of customer care, people leadership and operational execution while being part of a positive, team-oriented environment.

What you will be doing

- Engaging with clients and creating a welcoming, supportive and efficient experience.
- Leading and mentoring the Client Services team to deliver superior client care.
- Participating in a fast-paced team environment by collaborating effectively with others to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.
- Cultivating a supportive team environment through encouragement, recognition and proactive communication.
- Manage the Client Service schedules, daily sales reconciliation, supply inventory, and other operational functions.

What you will bring to COAST

- Minimum 3-4 years of team management and clinic/office/business operations experience in a service-oriented or healthcare environment.
- The ability to communicate clearly, collaborate in teams, build rapport,



and navigate or defuse conflicts tactfully.
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks and accomplish objectives. You anticipate challenges and proactively offer solutions.
- Experience and aptitude for accuracy in office/business operations. This role is administratively demanding and requires the ability to organize and track tasks efficiently.
- A flexible schedule that can accommodate changes in the availability of the team and the needs of the clinic.
- Experience in a health clinic with the JaneApp booking system would be ideal.
- Interest and knowledge of Physiotherapy, Chiropractic, Massage Therapy and Active Rehab is an asset if no experience in a clinic.
