Role Overview:

The Registered Health Care Aide (HCA) based in Banff and Canmore is a vital member of Absolute Homecare Solutions Inc., reporting directly to the Care Manager. The HCA provides hands-on personal care and support to clients, assisting with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility. They are also responsible for monitoring clients' conditions and promptly reporting any changes to the Care Manager. This role includes medication assistance in accordance with company policy while upholding professional standards and always respecting the dignity, privacy, and autonomy of each client.

Qualifications and Experience:





- Active registration and valid practice permit as HCA is mandatory
- Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle are required
- Must be located in Banff and Canmore
- Must be bale to start as soon as possible

Experience:

- Previous experience in a home care or healthcare setting is an asset
- Familiarity with supporting seniors or clients with complex care needs is a plus
- Experience in providing companionship or emotional support is preferred

Job Types: Part time, Casual

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
