Duties

- Prepare fresh sandwiches and salads according to company recipes and customer preferences
- Engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner to ensure satisfaction and build loyalty
- Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system, including Micros POS, to process orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the food preparation and serving areas
- Manage cash handling responsibilities with accuracy during transactions
- Assist with food handling procedures to meet safety and health regulations




- Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities

Requirements

- Previous food service or restaurant experience is preferred but not mandatory; we value enthusiasm and willingness to learn
- Available for Evening & Closing shifts.
- Robust customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively
- Basic math skills for cash handling, order totaling, and inventory management
- Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with food preparation, serving, cashiering, or kitchen operations is a plus
- A proactive attitude toward upselling and enhancing the guest experience
