We're looking for a Business Development/Outside Sales person with construction industry experience.

We provide temporary climate control, IoT sensors, AI smart valves, and engineered HVAC solutions to a variety of industries. Experience selling to construction sites, sandblasting, coating, manufacturing, and food industries would be beneficial, but there are numerous other markets that are also open to us.

The Business Development role is responsible for driving profitable sales growth, expanding market share, and developing long-term client relationships throughout Greater Vancouver and potentially all of Western Canada.

Business Development responsibilities:

- Find new projects/customers through in person activity as well as phone and email
- Build relationships with project managers, estimators, engineers, and other decision makers
- Arrange lunch and learns with potential customers
- Tour potential job sites to determine customer needs, and propose appropriate solutions
- Complete internal training to understand the science behind our HVAC solutions
- Represent the company at events, trade shows,



and professional associations to generate current opportunities and build relationships

Business Development qualifications:

- At least three (3) years of business development or outside sales experience within construction, equipment rentals, or a related industry
- Desire to perform in person/hunter type sales activities
- Strong relationship building, consultation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Time management skills with the ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, restoration, or temp heating systems is an asset

Compentsation: $65,000 - $90,000 base, plus commission. Full benefits plus company vehicle and fuel card also provided.

Pay: $65,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
