Duties
- Collaborate with clients to understand their event themes, preferences, and budget requirements, providing expert guidance on décor options.
- Develop detailed proposals and visual presentations that showcase décor concepts tailored to each event.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to source, order, and manage décor items ensuring timely delivery and setup.
- Assist in upselling additional décor services and enhancements to maximize client satisfaction and revenue opportunities.
- Oversee the setup and breakdown of décor at event venues, ensuring all elements are executed according to plan.
- Maintain organized records of client preferences, budgets, and project timelines for seamless execution.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members throughout the planning process to ensure clarity and satisfaction.
Skills
- Strong background in marketing, guest services, hospitality, or related fields such as restaurant or hotel experience.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively and upsell services confidently.
