We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. If you're passionate about working with a talented group of professionals and managing complex projects, we would love to hear from you!

YOUR Responsibilities

- Collaborate with Project Management and relevant teams to assess project timelines, budgets, staffing, and resource allocation
- Assist with research on specifications, vendors, and issue resolution, while processing purchase requisitions
- Manage customer schedules, monitor equipment lead times, and coordinate contractor sourcing, performance, and billing
- Maintain project documentation, including logs, drawings, and meeting minutes, ensuring timely communication and updates
- Oversee timely delivery of closeout documents and liaise with vendors and clients as directed
- Resolve routine project issues independently and ensure smooth operations through effective use of internal systems
- Attend site meetings, process reports, and perform any additional office or project-related tasks as required

YOUR Qualifications

- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering,



Project Management, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in mechanical project coordination or a similar role
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems and project specifications
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Technically proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe. Experience with Sage300 is considered an asset
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
