Commercial flat roofing is a trade where you can start with little experience and quickly

- Starting at $22/hour and up, depending on experience and position

What You’ll Be Doing

- Working on commercial flat roofing crews (2–10 people)
- Installing roofing systems on buildings across Manitoba
- Handling materials and tools
- Working outdoors and at heights
- Completing repairs and service work

What We’re Looking For

- Reliable, hard-working people who show up every day

- Valid driver’s license
- Comfortable working outdoors in all conditions
- Able to lift 50+ lbs and handle very physical work
- Previous construction or trades experience is preferred and an asset
