416 Tactical is a specialty retailer of tactical, outdoor, and duty gear serving law enforcement, military, first responders, and civilian customers. We pride ourselves on quality products, expert product knowledge, and reliable service both in-store and online. As we continue to grow our e-commerce presence, we're looking for a detail-oriented team member to keep our Shopify store and inventory running smoothly.

Position Summary

The Shopify Data Entry & E-Commerce Coordinator is responsible for maintaining accurate product, inventory, and order information across our Shopify POS and online store. This role is the day-to-day link between our Shopify Experts, our warehouse team, and our online catalogue — ensuring that products are listed correctly, stock levels are accurate, and orders flow through the system without a hitch.

Key Responsibilities

- Enter and maintain accurate inventory and order data in Shopify (POS and online store).
- Create new product listings, including titles, descriptions, pricing, variants, categories, and product photos.
- Liaise with our Shopify Experts on store updates, troubleshooting, and improvements.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to keep inventory counts and stock levels accurate and up to date.




- Manage and reconcile the Shopify POS and online system to ensure consistency across sales channels.
- Upload, resize, and organize product photography so listings are clean and professional.
- Monitor orders, flag discrepancies, and help resolve inventory or fulfillment issues.
- Maintain organized records and support general e-commerce and data accuracy tasks as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry.
- Comfortable working with Shopify (POS and online) or able to learn quickly; prior Shopify experience is an asset.
- Good computer skills, including spreadsheets and basic photo handling.
- Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Transparent communicator, comfortable coordinating with vendors, warehouse staff, and management.
- Ability to work on-site and collaborate as part of a team.
- Interest in or knowledge of tactical/outdoor products is an asset (not required).

Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour
