Cooke Insurance is a locally owned and operated insurance brokerage in Saskatoon, and we're looking for a friendly, motivated, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a full-time, permanent Motor Licence Issuer.

No previous insurance experience is required. If you have a positive attitude, enjoy working with people, and are eager to learn, we'll provide the training you need to succeed.

As a Motor Licence Issuer, you'll help customers with a variety of motor licensing services while delivering the friendly, professional service we're known for. You'll also work closely with our experienced team to ensure our office operates efficiently and our customers have an exceptional experience every time they visit.

This role is much more than paperwork. Every day is different, offering opportunities to interact with customers, solve problems, and develop valuable customer service, administrative, and communication skills in a professional office environment.

We're looking for someone who:

- Has strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
- Is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Is reliable, professional, and eager to learn.
- Has strong communication and computer skills.
- Is available for full-time,



permanent employment, with availability to work Saturdays as needed.

Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous customer service experience is an asset but not required.
- Insurance or motor licence issuing experience is not required. We will provide training.
