Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise restaurant staff, including hiring, training, coaching, and conducting interviews to build a cohesive and motivated team
- Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing guest needs promptly and resolving any issues with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Maintain strict food handling and safety protocols in compliance with health regulations to guarantee a safe environment for staff and guests
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and oversee food storage to minimize waste and control costs
- Implement hospitality best practices to create a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat business
- Oversee restaurant cleanliness, sanitation practices, and overall presentation to uphold brand standards
Experience
- Proven supervising experience within the food service or restaurant industry, with demonstrated leadership in team management
- Strong background in restaurant management with knowledge of food safety regulations and food handling procedures
- Experience in hospitality environments with a focus on delivering excellent customer service
- Previous roles involving interviewing potential staff members and managing restaurant operations effectively
- Leadership skills that inspire teamwork, motivate staff, and foster a positive work environment
