POSITION
We are hiring one kitchen preps to join our team.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Associating with Food Preparation, chopping & cutting vegetables and meat
- Handling oven, grill & fryer work under the instruction
- Following the chef’s recipe to marinate food
- General cleaning duties to keep the station clean and tidy
- Provide relief coverage for Food Server and Dishwasher as needed
- Ensure the kitchen has a steady supply of clean, sanitized dishes, cookware,
and utensils, while also assisting with general kitchen cleanliness and supporting the culinary team to maintain smooth daily operations.

TERMS
- Status: Part-time
- Hours of work: Up to and including 44 hours. Must be flexible to fit in business hours which is 9:00 am – 10:00 pm Monday to Sunday except public holidays. (Required to work on Saturdays and Sundays)
- Salary: Starting rate as $17.6 per hour
- Vacation: Two weeks’ vacation time after serving the company for one consecutive year.

- Requirements: Related kitchen experience or equivalent culinary training as an asset.
