Namsan Korean Cuisine

We are seeking motivated, hardworking, and team-oriented individuals to join our kitchen team at Namsan Korean Cuisine in Calgary, Alberta. As a Kitchen Staff member, you will assist in preparing authentic Korean dishes while helping maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment.

The ideal candidate is passionate about food service, able to work in a fast-paced setting, and committed to maintaining high standards of food quality and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with food preparation, cooking, and plating
- Prepare ingredients including washing, chopping, and portioning
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen stations and equipment
- Follow recipes, food preparation procedures, and portion standards
- Support cooks and chefs during busy service periods
- Restock ingredients and kitchen supplies as needed
- Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Follow food safety, hygiene,



and workplace safety regulations
- Assist with receiving and organizing deliveries

Qualifications

- Previous kitchen or restaurant experience is an asset
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn
- Versatile availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
