Key Responsibilities

- Greet every guest with genuine warmth and professionalism.
- Offer thoughtful, personalized consultations so each treatment feels tailor-made.
- Work your magic across a variety of massage styles — from Swedish and deep tissue to sports and prenatal — always within your scope of practice.
- Listen to your client’s concerns and craft customized treatment plans to help them feel their absolute best.
- Keep client records accurate and confidential (because trust matters).
- Share helpful aftercare tips and recommend services or products that support their wellness journey.
- Maintain pristine and fully stocked treatment rooms that set the stage for relaxation.
- Stay curious and inspired by keeping up with the latest industry techniques and education.
- Uphold Salt & Ivy’s commitment to excellence, professionalism, and guest-first service.
- Keep health, safety, and sanitation standards — always.
- Jump in to support spa operations, from inventory and workstation setup to opening/closing duties.
- Handle guest needs and concerns with care, compassion, and professionalism.




- Build lasting guest relationships through kindness and outstanding service.
- Collaborate with your fellow therapists and grow together through team trainings.
- Speak with clarity and warmth — whether chatting with teammates or clients.
- Stay in the know about Salt & Ivy offerings, treatments, promotions, and spa info.

What You Bring

- You’re a Registered Massage Therapist in good standing with the provincial regulatory body.
- You have at least 2 years of experience in a clinical, spa, or luxury wellness setting.
- You bring deep knowledge of massage techniques, anatomy, and therapeutic practices.
- People love your communication style — approachable, caring, and professional.
- You carry yourself with polish, professionalism, and you have a great eye for detail.
- You’re physically comfortable delivering a variety of massage treatments.
- CPR/First Aid certification is a bonus (but not required).
- You are legally eligible to work in Canada.

Compensation

- Your compensation will range between $58,500 - $97,500 annual salary depending on full-time versus part-time and how many massages you can comfortably perform per week
- We will take care of the all the boring and tedious things like payroll and deductions
- Gratuities are paid out every 2 weeks, with just 2% set aside to support the amazing team members who help make your workday run smoothly
- Yearly educational allowance

Pay: $58,500.00-$97,500.00 per year
