Key Responsibilities

- Greet customers in a professional, friendly manner and guide them through the buying process
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles and financing options
- Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives with confidence and product knowledge
- Follow up with leads, appointments, and past clients to build lasting relationships
- Stay up to date with inventory, promotions, and industry trends
- Process sales documentation and ensure a smooth, honest, and transparent transaction
- Collaborate with team members to achieve monthly and dealership-wide goals

Requirements





- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude, ambition, and a willingness to learn
- Sales experience preferred (automotive or retail), but not required
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Must hold a valid driver’s license
- Knowledge of vehicle financing is a plus
- Have a VSA license prefered but can help with application
