Our client is a fast-growing Canadian e-commerce company serving customers across North America with cutting-edge home improvement products. As the business continues to grow, we're investing in the people and systems that will drive the next stage of expansion.

This isn't a role where you'll inherit perfectly polished processes.

It's a role where you'll build them.

You'll lead our fulfillment and supply chain operations, improve warehouse performance, strengthen inventory accuracy, optimize logistics, and help drive one of the company's most important initiatives, a new ERP implementation.

What You'll Own

- Leadership of our Canadian fulfillment operation
- Multi-site inventory management across Canada, Texas, and Amazon FBA
- Freight, logistics, and cross-border distribution
- Warehouse KPIs and operational excellence
- SOP development and process standardization
- ERP implementation and operational systems
- Continuous improvement projects that make a measurable impact

We're Looking For Someone Who...

- Builds systems instead of relying on workarounds
- Leads with data, not assumptions




- Enjoys spending time on the warehouse floor as much as in strategy meetings
- Has successfully led operational change in a growing business
- Has been through an ERP, WMS, or major systems implementation
- Thrives in fast-moving environments where every improvement matters

Processes will be documented.

Inventory accuracy will improve.

Warehouse performance will be measurable.

Teams will have clear direction.

Our ERP implementation will be well underway—and you'll have played a major role in making it successful.
