We are seeking a dedicated Veterinary Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support in a veterinary clinic setting. Veterinary Receptionists at our clinic are an important and integral part of our team.
## Duties
- Greet clients and their pets warmly and assist them with check-in procedures
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and ensuring efficient work flow during the day
- Process payments, invoices, and insurance claims accurately
- Maintain patient records and ensure all information is up-to-date
- Assist veterinary staff with admitting and discharging patients
- Provide and exceptional client experience
## Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and knowledge of veterinary software systems
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
- Previous experience in a veterinary clinic or laboratory setting is a plus
