OUTLAW SMOKE BAR is a fast-growing restaurant focused on bold flavors, consistency, and efficient kitchen operations. We are looking for a passionate and reliable Head Chef to lead our kitchen team and help elevate our food quality and workflow.

### Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth service during all shifts

- Maintain high standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation

- Train, supervise, and schedule kitchen staff

- Monitor inventory levels and manage food ordering and cost control

- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards (Health & Safety regulations)

- Develop and improve menu items, especially ramen broths and toppings

- Work closely with management to optimize kitchen efficiency and reduce waste

- Handle prep planning and ensure readiness for peak hours

### Qualifications

- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Chef or Sous Chef





- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety standards

- Experience with Asian cuisine or noodle/ramen concepts is an asset

- Ability to lead a team in a quick-paced environment

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Reliable, responsible, and hands-on attitude
