Junior Technician – No Experience Needed (We Train!)

Modern PURAIR® is hiring a full‑time Junior Technician to support our Air Quality Technician team. If you’re motivated, customer‑focused, and ready to learn, this is a outstanding opportunity to start a hands‑on career with full training provided.

What You’ll Do

As a Junior Technician, you’ll support our Air Quality Technician team on residential and commercial job sites.

- Arrive on time in a clean company uniform

- Assist with job set-up and tear-down

- Assist with furnace and air duct cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, and coil cleaning

- Support residential and commercial service appointments

- Interacting professionally with customers in homes and businesses

- Maintain equipment, tools,



and the company vehicle

- Follow Modern PURAIR systems to deliver a great customer experience

- Enter confined spaces when needed

What We’re Looking For

- Positive, energetic, motivated attitude

- Strong customer service skills

- Able to work independently and with a team

- Clean driver’s abstract + able to pass a background check

Compensation

- Training Period (3–4 weeks): $20/hour

- IAQ Certified: $21/hour
